Having worked throughout Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Asia-Pacific, she brings extensive practical expertise to every training program and consulting engagement.
As Managing Director of Hill Consulting HRS and founder of The Recruitment Skills Academy, Rachel specialises in developing the recruitment capability of Hiring Managers, HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams and leaders. Her training programs focus on practical, compliant and effective recruitment practices, helping organisations improve hiring outcomes, candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
A sought-after facilitator, speaker and thought leader, Rachel is recognised for her expertise in recruitment best practice, unconscious bias, candidate attraction, interviewing, AI in recruitment and HR technology. She is passionate about helping organisations recruit better through capability development, recruitment health checks and contemporary talent acquisition strategies.
Rachel is also contributing to the future of the profession through her work on Australia's emerging Talent Acquisition qualifications and industry initiatives that support recruitment excellence.

Tamara is an experienced Talent Acquisition and workforce capability professional with more than 15 years' experience across talent acquisition, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development and organisational change. She has worked across a range of industries including infrastructure, construction, engineering, telecommunications, technology, services and education, primarily within large and complex organisations.
As a trainer and facilitator, Tamara helps hiring managers, leaders and Talent Acquisition teams build practical recruitment skills and confidence. Her engaging, hands-on approach combines real-world experience with best-practice recruitment techniques to improve hiring outcomes.
Tamara has led national Talent Acquisition teams and is passionate about mentoring, coaching and capability development. Her expertise includes strategic sourcing, employer branding, ATS implementation, workforce planning, executive search, talent mapping, succession planning, internal mobility and redeployment, along with HR systems and process improvement.
Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son Oscar and exploring new destinations through travel.

Vidhita is an experienced recruitment professional and trainer who is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and helping organisations attract and engage top talent. With expertise across recruitment, employer branding, social media marketing and career consulting, she brings energy, creativity and practical insight to every engagement.
As a facilitator and capability builder, Vidhita helps hiring managers and recruitment teams strengthen their attraction, sourcing and candidate engagement skills. She combines real-world recruitment experience with a people-focused approach that supports better hiring outcomes.
Her expertise includes talent sourcing, EVP development, employer branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, recruitment project management and career coaching. Known for building strong relationships and lasting partnerships, Vidhita works collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for both organisations and candidates.

Rachit is an experienced HR professional and project administrator.
He is a highly personable individual with proven time-management skills developed from the past employments while studying and undertaking internships and volunteer placements. Recently working at UTAS in student services with undergraduates, he understands the graduate marketplace well. He has previous HR professional experience coupled with a keen graduate understanding and significant practical experience. Rachit is a highly articulate recruiter and able to work confidently with diverse range of people, cultures and situations in which cultural awareness and appreciation are integral.
His HR experience includes recruitment, training, tutoring and special HR tech projects. Rachit completed his Master of Business Administration (Human Resources) at UTAS, Hobart in 2019.

Sophie is currently studying at the University of Sydney and works part-time with Hill Consulting. She has a strong interest in both human resources and event management.
Since joining Hill Consulting, Sophie has contributed to a range of projects, providing administrative support across website design and development, document management, HR research, event coordination, and diary management. Her organisation skills and attention to detail make her a valued part of the team.
Before joining Hill Consulting, Sophie completed college studies in Maths, Ancient History, Philosophy, English, and Housing and Design.
She loves Tasmania and her dogs, and when home, you’ll often find her enjoying long beach walks and the quiet beauty of the Tasmanian coast.

Tom has 25 years experience in data and analytics across a broad range of industries including recruitment, information technology, supply chain and tourism. Currently focused on recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems, he has worked for Hudson and Alexander Mann Solutions in Australia. Prior to moving to Australia, he managed IT logistics solutions teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As Global Head of Systems and Reporting for Hudson RPO Tom helped Hudson design an internal CRM, ATS and data warehouse suite of systems on the Salesforce platform, as well as working with clients such as Macquarie, Energy Australia and Medibank.
Most recently he has assisted various projects at Coles, Treasury Wine Estates, BHP Billiton, Ventia, ANZ Bank, Rabobank, Australia Post, NCML, RMIT, Newcrest and Bupa.
When not analysing data Tom like nothing more than to be out on his fishing kayak, chasing snapper or hiking around Wilson's Prom.

Ellie is a recruitment and talent specialist who is experienced in talent acquisition, strategic sourcing, learning and development, and systems implementation and analysis in both internal and RPO functions across Australia and New Zealand.
Most recently working as Search and Sourcing Consultant for Korn Ferry RPO.
With experience in the banking and finance, telecommunications, mining, infrastructure, construction, facilities management, healthcare and transport industries, Ellie has managed graduate recruitment, high-volume recruitment, large-scale project mobilisations, ATS and LMS implementations, systems training, internal recruitment, and supported large scale restructures and redeployment.
Ellie is passionate about all things talent acquisition, but above all else - and the reason she found herself in the realm of talent acquisition in the first place - is about ensuring that all candidates and hiring managers have the best possible experience and support when it comes to engagement and onboarding.
With strong HRIS technical skills, Ellie also often works in the systems analyst and systems administration space for HR and TA systems for clients across various HR platforms, in particular LMS and ATS platforms.
When not recruiting, you will find Ellie enjoying delicious Italian food and drink, taking in the sunshine and practicing her spoken Italian.
